NTRA.com has video replays of a bunch of the bigger races. TVG.com lets you bet and watch. RaceReplays.com has replays, but you have to pay for them.

If you reside in the U.S. you could join youbet.com (basic membership is free during the trial period) and sign up for that part of the service that allows the viewing of races. This is legal in all 50 States, although internet wagering is prohibited in Alaska, Hawaii, Utah, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey and Nevada.

Both tvg.com and youbet.com have live streaming video online but you'll want to check each site for their pc requirements. Racereplays.com is the place for watching older races.

You can watch todays races at Santa Anita on your pc, just click on their site and follow the instructions to sign up. This is free and you don't have to submit any sensitive information.

Some other alternatives are at http://cbs.sportsline.com and http://www.calracing.com. And YouBet has a freeplay site: http://youbet.net which will not only let you watch, but you can "play-bet" as well.
