In the morning, befoe breakfast try going for a run-if this isn't possible then dosome sit-ups before breakfast. Also do some before bed(build up the amout you do, so start with 20 and go to 70). And the rest is obvious, just cut down on the rubbish you eat, eat more healthily.

The most common mistake made when looking to get a firmer stomach is the sole use of abdominal crunches. This will only strengthen the muscles not flatten out the abdominal area! You need to have a mix of cardio and resistance exercises. So for example you need to use a piece of cardio equipment e.g. Treadmill either for short bursts at a high exercise intensity or for longer periods of time at a moderate intensity. The use of shorter bursts at high exercise intensity's creates what we call the 24 hour after burn. Basically you keep on burning calories for 24 hours following the initial exercise period. You need to couple this with resistance exercises such as abdominal crunches to see the best results!

WAtch your diet; no fatty foods and sugar, at least do not exceed yourself taking them.
Do some cardio 2 to 3 times a week, for 30 minutes every time.
Tone up your muscles, they are the ones that burn fat. Tone up 2 times a week for about 30 minutes at least.
That and a little time will get you where you want to be.

Be sure to do a lot of cardio at least 30 min (4 or 5 times a week) Then do crunches, side crunches, bicycle crunches, and other ab workouts. You can find more at:

No matter how much you work out your ab muscles you won't be able to see it until you burn the layer of fat covering it up. So focus on cardio first to burn the fat, then add more and more ab strengthening exercises.
