It depends where do you want to go to Canada. If you have decent French and can speak it adequately, go to Quebec and its sizzling city Montreal. If you are fluent in English, apply to any other province. Just search on the Internet about Immigration+"name of the province in Canada"+apply. Here is some web sites.

First you will have to get a passport. And before you can go anywhere you have to get a few shots so you will be safe in a different country no big right. Then there is not much else left to do.
