Why do I find it more difficult to translate from English Language to my native language rather than translating from my native language to the English?

because when you translate into another language there are ways you can get around saying things - like saying it differently - when translating from a language there is only one set translation - hope this helps!!

i find the same thing and i'm english, learning german!

It is always that way. It is easier to translate from a foreign language to your native language, because you cannot master a foreign language as you do your native language, most of all if you learned the foreign language much later in life.
