Whelp is when she is having the puppies. Not sure if you want to know how long she carries the puppies, which i refuse to answer anymore questions on that. So until I know this I don't think I better answer the question lol I just wanted to say Whelp and caring are two different things people. You said in Whelp which mean she is having the puppies right now.
