I'm not quite sure what the question is. Are you disputing a charge on the card? Is it a Visa or Mastercard debit card?

If so, call the issuing bank and tell them you are disputing the charge. You will then have to fill out paperwork stating why the charge is incorrect. The bank will then investigate.

If you returned an item to a store, the store will do the chargeback and issue a credit to your card.

You cannot. Debit cards are for prompt payment. With a charge card you can do a chargeback.

Hi!
Well...with Netbank (the only one I use) the process is quite a big deal. You:

1) Call Netbank and tell them what you want to dispute
2) Download forms and fill them out
3) Take the forms to a notary public for stamping
4) Mail the forms
5) Wait..and hope. Once the investigation is done..you may or may not have a refund in your account.
