hydroxycut is a waste of money. Change what you eat, and once a week will not do it with exercise. You need 3, or better 4 , times a week. You lose weight only one way, burning more calories than you take into your body. A pill does not help this. lower your intake of calories reasonable diet), increase your burning of calories( exercise).

The only way your body can lose weight is if you have a sudden drop in calories and your body starts burning your fat or if your metabolism speeds up and your body burns more calories even if you are eating normally. It is never good to take weight loss pills because of the possible side effects. For Hydroxycut, the possible side effects can be increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, headaches, light-headedness, dizziness, restlessness, nose bleeds, blurred vision, and acne outbreaks. So, still, nothing really beats exercise and eating well. But if you can't really exercise as often as you would like, to lose weight, its always helpful to watch the carbohydrates your eating. Because you could be eating low calorie foods, but like most junk food, they come in low calorie versions but the sodium levels are really high, which is bad. The best way to lose weight in terms of not really exercising but cutting down on calories is to watch what kind of foods you eat and not how much.

You should exercise every day not just once a week. Yes, that is the problem. Unless you literally starve yourself you will not lose weight without exercise. Exercise will boost your metabolism and get it working at optimum. We are made to move and get our muscles moving and blood flowing. Exercise outside if possible. Gyms become boring after awhile and you need sunshine for optimum health. A good exercise is just plain walking around the block a couple of times in the fresh air and sun. It's very invigorating and it makes you feel connected with nature and thus will calm your mind and trim up your body. You might want to incorporate swimming into your exercise plan or biking. Join the YWCA and do lap swims. You don't need to spend money to lose weight. Those diet plans they advertise are not necessary and sometimes can be harmful to you. All you need to do is incorporate exercise, a good diet with high-quality protein, vegetables, fruits, low carb and get out in that cold winter air and sun shine and walk or ride a bike in summer.

You need to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week--and cut out the hydroxycut.

First I want to say I am sorry for your loss. It sounds to me like your weight gain has been to fill the void of your loss. A lot of people don't realize they eat because of emotions and this is what it sounds like you have done. If you really want to lose weight stop eating the things that are fattening, like potatoes, butter, fried foods, sweets, breads, red meat, and start eating, fresh vegetables, fruits, yogurts, eggs, chicken, oatmeal, salad with your dressing on the side and you will lose weight.
Good Luck.

It sounds like you are not EATING enough water. You need to eat (not drink) more water. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.
