After counseling women for over 15 years I can tell you that a woman wants a man who has good character.
He doesn't lie or cheat. He has respect for her and loves her for who she is not what she can do for him.
He is respected in the community as a person to look up to.
He is kind to children and animals. He LOVES and respects his mother.
He is a GROWN UP and can take responsibility for himself. He does not blameshift his behavior, nor is he looking for a Mommy substitute. He is comfortable in his own skin and doesn't need to define roles. He is not controlling.
He knows what he wants and is able to articulate that. He loves people and uses things...not the other way around.
He can receive love from a woman without manipulating that and respects her talents and abilities. He is a self-confident leader...

1st off nice is not enough. Some woman like the nice guy, but you can not be too nice or they will never respect you and that is key.
2. earn her trust. Prove to her you can keep her secret and be an active listener and giving feedback. Listening and not waiting to speak. Without trust there is nothing
3. You need to know where you are and where your going, in short goals. Let it be known that your woman is not the most important thing in the world, if you have dream that is bigger than both you and your woman she will respect that.
4. Woman want a guy thats there for her, someone who is fully present in her presence.
5. Being able to look past the bulls hit and games. You need to be willing to put the time in to learn a lady and know when to call her on things like when she says nothings wrong when she really does want you to listen to her problems.

A blonde heard that milk baths would make her beautiful.
She left a note for her milkman to leave 25 gallons of milk.
When the milkman read the note, he felt there must be a mistake. He thought she probably meant 2.5 gallons.
So he knocked on the door to clarify the point.
The blonde came to the door and the milkman said,

just happy. they need a good sense of humour and be able to laugh at life and at themselves. they don't have to be thigh-slappingly funny, they can be funny in a cute way. as long as they can smile and laugh a lot.
they also need to be content in life - not moaning all the time. they shouldn't feel the need to be loud and cocky, but they should feel at ease enough to say what they think. they should be friendly towards everyone and not judge people on their appearance/popularity. they shouldn't be obsessive or overly flirty, but just show they care and act loving in a cute way (doing thoughtful things, putting their arm around me etc).

i like men who are intellegent and have a have witty, dry sense of humor. lots of people say confidence is attractive, but i find a bit of social awkwardness quite endearing to be honest, its so much better than being cocky and all self assured. i also like them to be quite opinionated. but i dont think i speak for most women, i think most women DO like nice loving etc guys, and the rest like really rude obnoxious men with a bad reputation.

I like someone strong and honest and deff not perverted! I think u should be able 2 trust them and tell them things u wouldnt tell just anyone!
