Depends on your fitness level.... 30 minutes is a good start and go up from there. do this 4 or 5 times a week. Yoga is good exercise and can help burn calories, but the treadmill, and light weight lifting is better.

How much time do you have? The best yoga for losing weight is Bikrams Hot yoga since the room is 100 degrees. But any yoga helps you to lose weight, feel better, improves health and makes you more agile.

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

I try to spend at least 6 hours a day on the treadmill. Anyone who does less is pretty fat. Start by running as fast as you can for about 45 minutes, then jog for 15 minutes. Do that until you pass out, then get up and do it again.

I wouldn't go over 45 min. on the treadmill. Lift weights, it burns a lot of cals!!! And yoga is awesome for weightloss, plus its very relexing, which also might help you avoid eating too much (since stress incourages eating) Good luck!

You don't need to run for hours lol. Most people would feel a lot better after 30 - 45 minutes a day!
