Thier back together now, but everytime they break up he gets with me, he called last night, I really miss him, how can you tell if they will ever break up for good?

I dont think there ever going to break up. I think you shouldnt be stuck in the middle either, ask him to chose but dont get upset with his choice. Boys like to think they have everything in control tell him that your not going to be there every time they break up. Stop making yourself available to him he dont deserve you.

Seems like he has a lot of trouble making up his mind what he wants. It makes it convenient for him to know you're there everytime he breaks it off with her, and that he can go back and forth and you both apparently tolorate it, or maybe the other girl doesn't know? I'd say if you think he's worth another chance, then give it to him on the condition it's the last- if he takes her back again, you aren't going to be there waiting for him. Of course, he's probably not worth the chance if you want my opinion. What do you think he's going to do even if he stays with you? As soon as you get old, he'll be doing the same thing with a different girl.

sounds to me like you're his rebound girl. move on, find someone who will want you as #1!
