I was prescribed Bactrim, and I took ALL of my antibiotics, since I had a UTI, but I Still have smelly urine, kidney pain, a fever of between 100 and 101 degrees, nausea, diarrhea, chills (like I have 4 blankets on me and a sweatshirt and I'd still be cold, and I shake very badly)

I am not eating or drinking anything at all, and when I drink stuff I feel like I'm going to barf.

When I get the chills, I can feel every single bone in my body hurt, and I have had a fever for 3 and a half days.

What should I do?

I already take cranberry pills, and motrin, and NOTHING is working. My mom won't listen to me because she thinks I have the flu.

I also have night sweats and lower abdominal pain

Drink alot of cranberry or blueberry juice, they reduce infections and prevent dehydration.
Avoid exposure to sunlight when taking Bactrim.

The antibiotic might not have been the right one. Sometimes a certain antibiotic doesn't work as well for some bacteria as for others. You should have your urine re-tested, fever checked, and a different antibiotic perscribed.
Right now, to help with your symptoms only:
Buy a large carton of cranberry juice. Have a large glass of it 3 times a day. Drink lots of water, it will help with the pain. If water won't stay down, start with drinking club soda first. Good chance you won't throw that up. You need liquids badly.
Go back to your doctor first thing Monday morning.

Go to the hospital's ER the antibiotics sounded like it resisted. From what you tell me, these are major signs the bacteria is going up towards the kidneys and it needs to be taken care of. Do not wait for an appointment with your doc go ASAP. Drink cranberry juice as well and lots of H20.

Go to the emergency room. You should be drinking lots of water with a urinary infection. This sounds like something else is going on and you should be seen by a Dr
Good Luck..
