How do you move on............. cont from last post?

when you have no one. All the friends I have are busy. I dont feel like going out anymore, because there is nothing to do. All I do is think about him, and I cant stop crying. I am so hurt, because I was dum enought to actually think it would work. I dont know what to do to keep my mind off of him

he's not the only one in the world.sometimes when guys break up with us we think they have done this terrible thing to us when in all actuality,they have helped us to make room in our lives for someone that is better for us.stop crying,write about and talk about your feelings until you can get him out of your system.keep asking this question if you need to.good luck

you've centered your life around him ,, this is bad ,, Really BAD
so , to keep your mind off him , get yourself busy by doing an interesting thing ,, a time consuming thing that needs concentration , i recommend that you go out for a journey for few days just to relax and see different things ...

give it sometime and these feelings will pass. what your going thew is very normal. you need a pick me up and something to get your mind off of him. it really dose work....

either find someone else or you could go see a counselor to keep your mind off of him

well, as had as that might sounds, you have to move on before you look like a looser. it's not like he's the only one who can love you so get over it.

forget bout him and try and focus on something else in life.
try and get yourself another man
