- I don't have or need a car
- I have all computers on strict on/off timeclocks. Sadly I have a number of them for I am a geek.
- I have replaced all bulbs with energy savers and am very careful about turning them off when leaving a room
- I recycle in face of evidence it is probably useless or even less energy-inefficient than just producing new junk.
- I have isolated my house (closed off small gaps, double glass, etc) so reduced the amount of energy used for heating/cooling
- I am looking into off-the-grid housing options

Primarily two thngs:
1) We are pretty good about recycling - not much that can be recycled isn't, and
2) I am a High School Geography teacher and I emphasize the environment and environmental poblems to my 9th grade students. We just finished a unit on Latin America and we spent alot of time discussing the impact of the destruction of the Brazilian rain Forest (medicines, oxygen, water ) that will not recover. Got into greenhouse and the potential of global warming effects - awareness is a key - these are tomorrow's leaders.
I am a Christian - we are stewards of an amazing planet that is balanced and in need of our care and protection.

I plan to be recycled soon by being fed to lions.
Recycle, go green go green go green!!!!!
Seriously though, I recycle, we are buying a tankless hot water heater system for our new house, we have those compact florescent bulbs and LEDs all throughout our house, we keep the thermostat turned down low, etc etc

I follow the recomended recycle programs of my community and drive a fuel efficient car.
Why don't you ask this question of other beliefs as well? Don't we share the same environmental concerns, after all?

To keep methane from adding to the greenhouse effect, I am combating global warming by holding in my farts for a week. I now must chain myself to the chair to prevent going airborne. I also must avoid microwaves and campfires.

I'm more interested in saving man rather than his environment. There will be a new heaven and a new earth but man only lives once.
