means the boxer is left hand strong...when conventionally set up will jab with the right hand and stand with the right foot forward, it is generally regarded as difficult to fight a natural left hander or 'southpaw' because there is a small percentage of fighters that are... they attack with power and defend at different angles (exact opposite) than a right hander would...making the straight left hand lead(power punch) more effective...and easier to land...

It actually means, a boxer leads ie, jabs with right hand and leads ie has right foot forward, usually because the left hand is the stronger..however some boxers are able to switch between south paw and conventional giving them an advantage as it notoriously difficult to fight a south paw
