Protein and a good carb...like oatmeal. I like cheese sticks for the protein. Oh, yeah and some fruit and good for you for starting the day with breakfast.

A high fiber, high protein cereal with low fat milk. If you can tolerate the taste of soybean milk use that instead of regular milk.
