After the death of Anna Nicole Smith bumping her name from the headlines, I think it was a drastic publicity stunt to put her name back on the lips of people just for being controversial (just like Madonna used to do in her heyday), which has worked very well because everyone is talking about it. As long as she is in the media and people are clammoring to hear more about her, she can still rake in the dough by granting interviews in magazines and television for her stories and pictures, which is all about she has to cling to a her singing career tanked after his first album and has been in the toilet ever since.

So what? She wasn't even pretty when she had hair. She didn't deserve our attention then and she doesn't deserve it now.
On the other hand, Natalie Portman looked OK as a skinhead, so maybe it won't be that bad.
