Like people, the Gods do not in reality exist; they are just avatars of Brahman, the true God, and as such are mortal: they just have longer lives. Praying to the gods is a way to achieve englighrenment, it just can't take you the whole way. Brahman-consciousness can.
That is if you are refering to Hinduism.

Every human being, only human beings got this privilege to become GOD or reach GOD but it all depends its research work in his body laboratory. We can see with our eyes not the entity only to the length of some little extent. Beyond that ! God disappears, appears,Sarvanthryamee. God some times takes human forms. Human life is in between two dots. No escape. Thank you.

god never died. It's the mortal incarnations of the almighty that have died. They wer born for a purpose. After the job was over, they had to go back.
About praying to humans, in our indian culture it is believed that every human being is part of the almighty. Yet we die. We can worship human beings, and we do. We worship the saints, don't we? We do worship people who have died for humanity...

I assume you are referencing Jesus. Jesus died but he also rose again. That separates the men from the boys.
How do we know he rose again? Because the tomb was empty. The whole Christian faith could have been quickly and easly ended if the Romans or Jewish leaders at that time could have produced a body.
He died after crucifixion, broken legs and a spear in his side puncturing his heart. All this occured before many witnesses. He was then put in a tomb guarded by Roamn soldiers who would be killed for leaving their post. On the third day the tomb was empty and no body was ever found.
Jesus died willingly, then he rose again.
Jesus then appearred before more than 500 witnesses many of whom were still alive when the gospels were written.

God when He incarnates, comes in a body form. If we are able to perceive Him we should pray Him. The same God when He incarnates, continues to remain omnipresent also. That is the unique attribute of God.We should be blessed to see the incarnation of God. When God finishes His job, He disappears,. He does't die like we die!

God and good never dye, they are there stand still at one place, for millions of years.
In every human there is a god, one should identify the difference of good and bad, let me tell you a real god never wants you to pray, but you have to remember him all the time. In both good and bad times.
In today's world you will find many babas, so called saints... well they are bhondus and not the real once.
The god should always gives a right direction, and you should also ask that only .... and nothing else.
In short do your work without anything in mind, and you will get what you want... its always..
Good luck..

Gods do not die.probably you are referring to the avatars.God manifests in various Avatars for specific reason when the purpose of the avatar is achieved God goes back. God follows the same rules it has set for humans when it manifests as a human.THE UNIVERSAL RULE IS what is born has to die and Avatars of God are subject to this rule.GOD is the only exception.

There is only One God- and Jesus came to die for our sins, yes, He died- but Hallelujah He rose from the dead, so we have victory over sin and life. Those other "gods" that died are not really god at all.
