"Legal Age" is different in dfferent states. Tread lightly, you wouldn't want to be a storyline on "to catch a preditor" You having the word "teenager" in your question spells "warning warning!

When the teenager is an adult-at the age of 18 depending on how old you are, if you are over 30 you should wait until she is 21

I think you should reword your question. How about, at what age is a person considered a legal adult for dating purposes? It does vary by state.
