Does anybody have any home remedies that would instantaneously wipe away oil/dirt from clogged pores and get rid of acne?

DONT USE RUBBING ALCOHOL! that is terrible for your skin!!!
be gentle with your skin, using harsh stuff like that will aggrivate it even more, and give you a worse problem.
try using tomato slices. the juice from the tomato will reduce redness and soothe the skin. but i wouldn't rely strictly on home remedies, i would try a oil free face wash and moisturizer as well.

Washing the face with mild moisturizing soap and keeping the sugar intake low will help with acne. Also drink water often rather than soft drinks. At least that is what I find.

Sometimes toothpaste will work to get rid on one or two..but ive never put it ALL over my face..
Alchol isint the best thing to use but it will get the job done.

best for skin is the sour cream and the melted chocolateI(not together). and then good face soap and creme
