I am 5'5" and when I weighed 125 I looked very thin. My ideal weight is between 125 and 145, I usually try to stay around 135, it seems a happy middle ground.
I am also small boned, you didn't mention your bone size so that could put your healthy weight up or down a bit.
With the warped ideal of what a body should look like today many people try to be too thin, so just make sure you go for the healthy size for you, not the smallest. I am guessing you should be around 135-140 for your height, based on my experience.
Don't let people tell you your too fat or too thin. If you have to energy you need and feel good about yourself that is what matters, as long as you don't have a doctor worried about your health because of your size.

Around 130 lbs. However, that is what's considered "healthy" by the general public. I know several women around that height who weigh 110 or 115 lbs and look amazing, not too thin at all. It all depends on if you want to look "thin" or fuller.

Go by body fat percentage, between 20% and 30% is fine.
