I have a question I should have asked the doctor but to make it quicker, when you increase your medication to taking more than 1 a day, do you take them together or separate the pills through out the day?

Please don't be embarrassed to call your doctor back. If your doctor increases your medication, it would be increased in one single pill. I cannot stress to you the importance of consulting your doctor. You cannot and should not take the advise of any person that has no medical degree. I know of people that take Effexor XR twice a day, once in the AM and once in the late afternoon. Some of the responses you will get are from people that are unhappy, unadvised, and simply uneducated and to take their advise is suicidal. Please Please Please consult your doctor and only your doctor.

I take 375 mg, i imagine that is remained useful the completed time yet I take it mutually with different drugs. yet from time to time the body receives used to at least one type of drugs and the melancholy unearths a some time previous in and also you want to change, that is not any longer staggering in any respect. I also did not adventure a lot in the way of unintentional outcomes with Effexor, evening sweats were about the worst I ever were given from it.

It might be easier to take them twice a day to even out the dosage. However, I got some 37 & 75 mg pills so the 75's have to be taken once a day but I think it will help to take 37mg twice a day. I do believe they are time release tablets anyways.

I am currently taking 187.5 mg of effexor. I just added another 37.5 mg pill. I take them for Generalised anxiety disorder. I take them all together at bedtime. Hope this helped

Effexor XR can be taken once a day.
