I am fooling around with an ex (together for 1 1/2 apart for 7 months, fooling around for 3 months) that says he is not involved with someone else but I feel otherwise. I have serious feelings for him, in my mind we have no chance, but in my heart he is everything....Help Needed....Move on or Stick it Out and C Where IT Leads?

Trust your instincts, they are usually right. And listen to your brain, it's usually more logical than your heart. If he's just fooling around with you, it makes sense why he might feel he doesn't owe you a monogamous relationship. Check your feelings! Does your feeling of attachment stem from feelings of loneliness? Does sex make you feel loved? If yes, then there might be a problem.
If you want to stick it for now, then that is okay. But know to leave when you're not happy anymore. Just understand, there are many good men out there; it's stupid to get caught up with anyone less.

Move on girl!! Obviously this guy doesn't want to be with you for good, or you for good. If he (or you) did, then why did you break up in the first place? Relationships are painful enough, but when you love a person and they can't love you back that's the worst. Let go of this and find a man that truly deserves you...it will save you the heartbreak in the end.

Well find out how he feels about you. If he feels the same way about you then you guys can start something. On the other hand if he is just with you for the fun, then you should decide to keep the fun up or move on.
