Can u get the stomach virus again the next day?

It can't come back if you were sick and got over it, but if you weren't all the way over it it'll recur the next day. Also, if the thing that got you sick (like a certain food) were eaten again, then you'd get sick again

Only if you were not all the way over it the first time.
