Teenagers generally only care about themselves. It is a sign of maturity when a teen starts to care about others. Some get to this point earlier than others.

For example, some kids learn at an early age to put others before themself. Others never learn and are always very self centered...kinda like the people who cheat on Yahoo Answers and have all their answers voted "best" by their other fake accounts.
