i am 13 years old. i have had lots of boyfriends i have lots f friends. but every time i start dating a guy everyone says its not my personality or how smart i am they like its just my looks and popularity. i am dating a guy right now and a lot of people say that hes just dating me because he wants something else. i just ignore them. but friends are saying the same thing should i ignore them or stay with him?

Well, I think you should date someone by the age of 18, when you are able to discern people personalities and their expectations.
However, whether you are 10 or 21, you will feel if the person you are dealing with is a true friend or just an opportunistic character. Maybe you are funny, attractive, active, in sports so you should be more careful about people approaching you but not fearful. The right person never always comes at your age because girls change their minds about guys so quickly during that age.

You are only 13, yet since I've been in you situation. Here is a little advice! If he ever pressures you into something you don't wanna do and actually gets upset, then sorry to say he is one of the assholes. If he treats you right and he has never made you feel uncomfortable do what you see is best. Don't always be so easy and don't make guys feel like your easy catch! The more you make them run after you, the more they'll know what your worth once they have you! If you say yes to every guy that has a cute smile, you'll end up feeling cheap! Trust me! Stick to your values and standards and any guy that wants to break them isn't the guy for you! I'm 21 today and still have guys running after me, yet I make sure they're running after more then my looks!

I think you should ignore them. This guy is probally different from the rest, but if he trys to make a move on you and if you start feeling uncomfortable, break up with him.
