CAUSE PHYSICAL PAIN IF YOU DON'T LET GO OF IT!
For instance, fear, stress, and anxiety, is at the root of almost every "dis-ease".
The body is not at ease, so it gets "dis-eased".
Emotional pain can, and does, create a lot of different medical conditions. Some very serious!
Perhaps if the emotional pain is too overwhelming, the person may want to seek professional help.

Nothing good. I'm often emotionally pained. It usually goes straight to your stomach, causing you to feel ill for a few hours to a full day. Emotional pain is just the sense of your emotions running wild due to certain things.

We feel in our hearts and minds but also in every cell in our bodies. We are psychosomatic beings, an integrated body and mind. Whatever we do physically' we feel emotionally and vice-versa. Emotional pain can be debilitating.I suffer depression.When I have bouts I just cry alot and don't feel like doing anything at all.

I think it makes you grow, and become a compassionnate person.
You stop worrying about trivial things and you begin to realise your self-worth.
You can also learn to play sweet tricks on soul-less, ruthless, cynical people.

it tell you that there is something wrong in your life that you need to change...lifestyle...diet....exercise...relationships....something that you are not dealing with....it causes you to have a good look at yourself and make a change for the better.its a great lesson in life and growth and makes your coping skills better
