I am absolutely nuts. Every two or so months I have this hysterical crying fit where I just breakdown and dwell on everything thats wrong in my life. Its the weirdest thing to see, trust me! I have nothing to be unhappy about; but I still am. I recently got into a fight with my brother over his shoes, and he ended up locking his door. But I picked the lock, ran in and attacked him. Then my father came in and got me out of the room, not without me pushing him first. It is all such a blur, and the whole time I was yelling and crying! also have these terrible mood imgs from happy go lucky to deep and dark. I will just lie down and loathe mysel and my life! What is going on? Please help me!

Well, the first negative thought you need to get OUT of your head is " I'm crazy!" That is the first thing you are doing wrong. The more you believe this, the more it will come true. I would guess you're a teenager and if you keep telling yourself that you are crazy, then you will be. Every time you have this negative thought you need to replace it with " I am sane", because you are! About your anger, that comes from pain inside of you. You are hurting and when someone triggers this pain, you go both ways by crying or getting angry. If you don't get a hold of this you will later find yourself ONLY getting angry which could possibly in the future cause you to have an abusive relationship. Really try hard to figure out WHY you are hurting. You may have to really think about this, because sometimes the pain in suppressed into your subconscious thoughts. I would suggest listening to your thoughts just before you get angry or upset. Ex... Could it be the tone of voice that upsets you, or did someone talk condescending to you, or did they look at you the wrong way. If these examples are right then you are a very sensitive person who may have been talk down to as a child or abused. If this is the case, you possibly don't LOVE yourself. Ask yourself right now if you love yourself. If you don't, then that is your answer. You may have to dig deep and JUST listen to what you tell yourself daily. You may not even realize that there could be negative thoughts ABOUT yourself running through your head all day. Just listen to your SUBCONSCIOUS thoughts.and practice loving yourself. Fist step is to look in the mirror and tell yourself that you love yourself! good luck.. you can email me if you want. I'll try to help.

Maybe you just need to relax and maybe get out more. You need to find someone to talk to, someone who will actually listen to you. But it seems as though they don't need to put their input. When you start thinking about all the bad stuff in your life_re evaluate and think about all the good things in your life. Maybe join a social. If you think that there is nothing in your life to be happy about then your wrong. Atleast your still aive, in good health, and still breathing. Mayne all you need is someone to talk to. Just tell your self your the best, and that everything in your life is the best and at the end it will all work out for the best! Good Luck and Hope this helps.

how old are you?
if you are in your teens you may be experiencing hormonal changes. can happen to guys too.
apparently we don't stop developing physiologically till early 20's.
I also have mood 'issues'. It's hard to deal with people in these situations. A suggestion I have is giving people warning, that your not coping, if you feel it comming on, try and minimise the damage, to them and yourself, hopefully people around you will try to be helpful. Find some things you can 'self sooth' with, like music, reading etc. distraction can sometimes help.
I don't know what you family life is like, if you normally get on well with them mabe they can be supportive and understanding if you talk to them.
Also check out the symptoms of 'borderline personality disorder'.
(((best wishes)))

There are many causes and reasons why you loose the plot. Especially in woman. There could be any number of chemical, biological or psychological variables to take into account. example....if you are ovulating and you find yourself getting extremely mad, it may be caused by chemical imbalance. Your doctor would prescribe birth control pills because they will regulate your bodies production of the chemicals involved and that induce your menstruation cycle.......In all reality there are so many factors involved you need to talk to a doctor in person. They will be able to qualify with you better.

Sounds like bipolar disorder, or depression. I suffer depression, and I often get like that. Upset and mad over absolutly nothing. Depression is a chemical imbalance in one's brain, and causes sorrow and anger in the oddest of times. I often have breakdowns out of nowhere, for nothing, but i am on anti-depressants.
A crazy person could never admit they are crazy, so you arn't as bad as you think you are.

If you think you are, then you are. No CRAZY IN ALL DEFINITION ADMITS THAT HIS CRAZY. Your pretty normal to me. But heres the deal, dont be too drown with your emotions. People have temporary insanities, try to evaluate yourself as to why it all happen. But other than that, try talking this to someone you can trust. Someone who will understand
your concerns. If not a counselor.

no, your not.... for you to avoid getting crazy you must posses a peaceful mind and a peaceful heart... a happy family with full of love trust and tight relationship could help you develop a mature mind,,... go out and enjoy yourself to build up your self isolation, you must know your weaknesses and strenght to develop self esteem... lastly: BE OPTIMISTIC!

You need to see a mental health counselor. There are medications available that can help. No need to suffer like that.
