I yelled at my cat when she pee on my bed for the third time. I was pretty loud and was a little rough when grabbing her off the bed. I felt bad after as I probably scared her pretty good. Now I'm wondering if she will hold a grudge and remember what I did, is there anyway to make it up to her?

Your cat will remember you yelling, but it may be a good thing. I have yelled at my cat and grabbed her by the scruff more than a few times when she was a kitten. Now she is almost 4 and listens to me better than anyone and I am still her favorite. By peeing on the bed, she may be trying to get your attention in some way. To tell you that she isn't feeling well or that you haven't been paying her enough attention. If the peeing on the bed continues, have her checked out at your vet, she may have a urinary tract infection, especially if this is the first time you have seen this.

I hope I helped :)

Cats don't seem to hold grudges for more than a day. I had a bold little tiger striped cat who was constantly knocking over the trash can to try to eat scraps. We would yell at her but like 10 minutes later she'd be back to it, not caring if she was going to get yelled at. One of my meeker cats would hide under the couch for an hour or two after getting yelled at for something like that, but would come out and forgive everybody and want to be petted. If you tried to make it up to your cat and a few hours have passed I don't think she will see the connection. If you feel bad right after yelling and think you went overboard, just kindly apologize to your cat in a soothing tone, and she will get the idea.

So many times I've told people please don't yell at them unless they are "in the act". Cats are like children, they forget 2 sec. after they've made a boo-boo. No she loves you, she'd just enjoy some cuddle time with soft talking, petting & reassurement that she's still your baby. Please try the citrus spray that cats hate so bad. Also, she could have a bladder infection and she's associating her litter box with pain. Furnish her with plenty water & check into pet food high in "ASH", this helps with urinary problems. Good luck & remember, you're all she has & she knows it. They forget pretty quickly as long as they are shown love. I you seem like just the person to give it!

I wouldn't, that is unacceptable behavior and shouldn't be rewarded. Aren't you tired of changing your sheets. And sanitizing the mattress. I would hold a grudge on her if it was me. I would take away her treats. Talk to her bad. Tell her no no potty on bed, bad kitty. Rub her nose in it IF she does it again. Keep the bedroom door closed. And Good Luck
