it has two ways
1) she likes u just as a friend and dosen't want to break ur friendship.
2) she is scared in getting into any relations since she is only in 8th.
howz about u just be friends for now and later in ur life u can decide on that for now concentrate on ur studies.
it maybe hard but u gotta sacrifice

u r still in 8th n u want love just wait 2 to 3 yrs thn propose . if she did not respond for ur proposal thn may b she is not interested n first concentrate on ur studies. if u complete thm without any hurdles may b she will come back to u in future. just think this is not the age for love but studies ok

Give her time to think it over if she is interested in marrying you then she will give you an answer. Dont rush her into a desicion!
