They should start to settle down then eventually disappear.
Don't worry, they shouldn't stay there :-)

This is a piece of paper that lacked the glue initially and is unsticking. All you can do is (if most of the paper is stuck)is take a razor and slice the bubble open(down the middle) and slip in some glue(make the glue kinda dryish) thru the slot....and press back onto the wall(the wetter the glue the more the paper expands creating more paper+more bubble. As the water dries out of the glue It should shrink tighter. I use carpenter's white glue and stick on a toothpick and into the hole. It doesn't need to be full of glue. ...just some to hold down the bubble. You may have to repaint that one section with a few swipes of the roller.

If wallpaper is still damp the bubbles should go when dry. If not, get a metal ruler and stanley knife and cut a cross in the paper. Glue it down, then repaint. Shouldn't show.

If they bubbles don't go away. Slit the paper with an utility knife, glue is down, repaint if needed. If the spot shows to much and is in a corner, you can add a piece of quarter round and paint to match wall.

Presumably painted with emulsion paint? When it dries, the bubbles will go.
