Tell her the reason but be VERY HUMBLE about it. Dont be defensive and listen to her when she talks. Don't make promises to her either, tell her that you will prove to her that you will be honest. And IF you get another chance you better never lie to her again.

tell her that u lied 2 her..and that u are very sorry and that u want her back and that u swear nt 2 ever lie 2 her again and to give u another chance to prove that u can be trustworthy and that u really am sorry for lying and that u love her....

Well, why did you lie to her? For your own benefit? If things happened, then, be honest about being an ***. But, do it face to face. Not in an email or a stupid text message. Tell her the truth, and ask for forgiveness. Women are forgiving, but if you continue to lie to someone that makes you the problem, not her.
