If you know her well enough to not sound like a crazy stalker, then just say it. Especially if you do it when she least expects it. Believe me, no matter what her feelings are about you, she'll probably be really flattered. Girls like being loved, even if they don't love back. I agree with wooden man, you tell her you love her and your friendship will be over as well as any chance of you two being together. So, if she is single, ask her to go see a movie with you, once you are comfortable enough to being around her, ask her if she wants a boyfriends right now. This is a safe way to enter the relationship.

if you really love her than you shouldent hesitate....you shouldent have to worry about rejection if you really love her.....but if you really worry about rejection....try to see her more than once a week and try to see if she is intrested in you first and if you have a little feeling that she is intrested in you too....then take it from there... you can do it
