I am engineering student and I want Smoke Detector Circuit diagram and information about it from which i can make project.

I assume by "fire alarm" you mean a smoke detector?

I don't know if it'll help, but after a quick web search for a schematic for a smoke detector, I can see why it'd be easy to become discouraged. I wish shops wouldn't use search terms like that to refer to blind links.

So far as I understand it....smoke detectors are stand-alone units operated by batteries. No circuits involved.

I don't... but I imagine the 555 is a trivial part of the design (probably just used for the alarm sound). The hard part of the design is the smoke detector (not sure how they do it).
