He did it on purpose cause he said "oops"sarcastically and was looking to see if I was smiling or laughing.

It could be but I wouldn't take just that one or one type of incident as flirting. Look at how else he behaves. If a more than one thing he does seems to indicate he likes you then yes, the bump is likely flirting.

If it is flirting, it's the absolute dumbest move I've ever heard of!
If he was that close behind you and you didn't know it, you could have easily tangled your feet with his and wound up face-first on the sidewalk. Sound cute (or smart!) to you?

Yes it can be flirting but u also have to look at the expression on his face to complete know if it is an flirting thing going on.

maybe he wants to show off his abs? if hes hot who cares if hes flirting, take a chance, if he wasnt the worst that could happen is you could get shut down. so what?

I suggest you just ignore him. if he likes you he'll walk up to you and tell you. i think he just wanted to see ur reaction i can't imagine the reason why, but you shouldn't care much about him.
