Are you saying Us Americans really did not have a 9/11 attack, Now you said that it is a proven fact that Jesus was a person that lived back then, But Not the Son of God, Friend, I have many & I mean many scriptures where Jesus said he was the son of God. But I am going to let you look them up, since you think 9/11 did not happen, I will give you one clue, Jesus said I have came in my Fathers name, Now do you want more, I can run a circle around you where Jesus claimed to be the Son of God. As btw, since you don't believe anything, then I have to say then you don't exist & this question you ask was not really ask. Just look at your question like we look at 9/11, All made up.

The Bible has story`s so stupid that you can`t be of a smart and a christian. The noah tale expects you to beleive he went to Australia picked up kangeroos then dropped them back there moronic. The bible expects you to believe that eve had different race children of the same dad retarded or what. The bible says a star led people to a stable i am so much smarter than others as my mind has a condition called hyper logic or indigo child and i realised if it was a star it is in the sky therefore there is space between it and stable conclusion utterly ridiculous. The bible was not written by Jesus or God conclussion why would a creator god need people to write his book for him and obviously ruin what may have been a good idea

Faith: "Faith is the assured expectation of things hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities though not beheld." (Hebrews 11:1)
True faith is not credulity, that is, a readiness to believe something without sound evidence or just because a person wants it to be so. Genuine faith requires basic or fundamental knowledge, acquaintance with evidence, as well as heartfelt appreciation of what that evidence indicates. Thus, although it is impossible to have real faith without accurate knowledge, the Bible says that it is " With the heart that one exercises faith" (Rom.10:10)
Yes, I do believe that Jesus is the son of God. The Bible itself is the principal evidence that Jesus Christ is a historical person. The record in the Gospels is not a vague narrative of events at some unspecified time and in an unnamed location. It clearly states time and place in great detail. Read Luke 3:1,2, 21-23
With reference to early non-Christian historical references to Jesus, The New Encyclopedia Britannica states: "These independent accounts prove that in ancient times even opponents of Christianity never doubted the historicity of Jesus, which was disputed for r the first time and on inadequate grounds by several authors at the end of the 18th, during the 19th, and at the beginning of the 20th centuries." (1976) Macropaedia, vol 10, p 145.

The Bible was written under the inspiration of God. While it is true that it was written by many different authors over a long period of time it is none the less accurate.
As far as Jesus being the Son of God it may be that I can offer no proof to you. It may be that you will never come to know the truth about Jesus Christ.
I pray that doesn't happen, but I'm realistic enough to realize it may.
It's about FAITH, my friend, not necessarily facts.

No. Jesus was just one of many men at the time announcing themselves as prophets. The only reason that Jesus is revered is that he was the only one to be crucified, but even then, so were thousands of others crucified. It was the way the Romans did things then. The whole God/Religion thing is man-made and man-written. God never spoke to anyone and neither does he have a pen and paper, and in fact only exists in the minds of people who believe.

The bible is truly a book of man, writen by men for men about a god that none of them could comprehend or understand.
I dont know what King Arther has to do with your question as it was fairly confused! and King Arthurs legends have a lot to do with the bloodline of jesus.
In realtion to jesus and the Bible..I have never believed in a middle man particulaly an over educated hellenenisied Jew with a view to rebeliion and warmongering and there role in establishing a relationship with the great geometrician of the universe

I have 'met' Jesus and I have a relationship with him. If your mind is closed to Him then you will never have that. Faith is something that you choose and you work on, Jesus is not going to touch you with His 'magic wand' if you don't believe in him. Sorry but you've got to give a little... I do have issues with religion as such because man has created them. Faith is what you should be seeking and that comes from God, not man. The whole problem with the world is that man has decided that he knows more than God and that he knows better than God and he has started to question God, and look at what is becoming of our beautiful world!

At one time I would have agreed with you because I did live 30 yrs of my life with that attitude. I was miserable in life and attempted suicide once and the second time I cried out to God to help me,he did and showed me who Jesus is and what Jesus is all about and my part in the kingdom of God.
I understand where you and others are coming from and I pray you see the light as I did.
Maybe your life isn't bad like mine was but the truth is still the truth, and Jesus is Lord whether or not we believe on him.

I try to believe what Jesus said about being the son of God, but it is a struggle because it is a spiritual truth not necessarily amenable to logic and reason. Since the Bible is the best source we have for what he said, it is valuable however fallible.
