K-1/K-3 visa's normally take a bit longer through Eastern Europe countries, more like 6-12 months, since most are considered high visa fraud countries and applicants are subjected to more in depth security checks which take longer.

The process for Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident is the same for K-1's & K-3's. The length of time to process AOS really depends on which Service Center you file at more so than which visa you are adjusting status from.
