You trying to flog a dead horse with this one. Creationists will never accept we are apes. They won't even accept we are part of the same family as apes. They will just say we are above the animals, and so we can never be classed as animals, because god said so.

Atheism. You know it makes sense.

If you are interested at all in an intelligent interchange put your thinking cap on for a moment and leave your preconceptions behind.

God, we are taught, is the greatest scientist, engineer, etc all in one. When an engineer, computer, electronic or mechanical puts machines / operating systems together, what does he do?

The computer programmer e.g. may have a great many sub-routines available from many years of programming.
When a new project is started, as many existing sub-routines that will work and as many that will work with minimal re-working are used, so as to shorten project time.

The mechanical engineers do the same. In many Fords, I am sure you will find identical brake parts, water-pump parts, bearings, etc.

Do you expect God to be dumber than humans? For various animals that need four legs, ears, eyes, stomachs, brains, doesn't it make sense that God uses whatever biological DNA subroutines already exist?

Isn't that more or less what you are asking about? Why does human DNA have so much in common with some animal's DNA? Does the ape have a different number of hands, fingers, feet, eyes, intestinal needs than we do? So God clearly tweaks and changes DNA to fit the 'animal' he is constructing.

If all he needed to do to make a human was more or less to remove an ape's excess hair, straighten the back, increase brain size, change the instinctive reactions built in for that society, wouldn't a lot of the rest of the DNA still be what it was?

We ought to be thankful that he at least was kind enough to tell us that he made the first human body from scratch and not born from an ape. That would have been humiliating! That the DNA still contains much that is the same as that of perhaps more than one animals' should also help us not to think more about ourselves than we deserve.

Isn't it fantastic that the cell in its different forms can be used by God in such many combinations to create the world we know?

Why does the science of biomimetics exists? Ask yourself this. If so many marvelous solutions to scientific problems are found by copying things found in plants and animals, why do you (evolutionists) begrudge God the honor for these marvels when you demand that every human accomplishment is given its due!

You could ask what does it mean to be a mammal apart from having a common ancestor with all the others - the fossil record proves it, genetics proves it but they'll just say their incompetent god needed to use templates to make animals.

I mean logic and reason just don't work on creationists, do they? I think we give them too much credit by arguing their ridiculous points when they've all been refuted decades ago.

you relatively might desire to ask this question in a psychiatry communicate board in case you opt for for a extreme answer. relatively, why might desire to a questioning individual care bearing directly to the motivations or rationalizations of a creationist? it incredibly is like attempting to dissect the coolest judgment of a schizophrenic - i easily do no longer see the factor.

Who but an Evolutionist designated mankind a "species of ape" ?

I don't consider myself a descendent of apes, I was created by Almighty God.

There isn't any solid proof of this. The evidence that is now available has been disproven years ago!
