Go to your dentist - they can whiten it for you.

I'm getting mine whitened in a few days time, the way that I chose to do it was that they give me a retainer that contains gel to whiten the teeth and I just have to sleep with it for 2 weeks - you shouldn't wear it during the day.

My friend had it done and her teeth are so white now and it's really nice.

It's quite expensive though, around £250...

I've just bought a product from Wilkinsons called White Kiss which is a tooth whitening pen. You paint the gel onto your teeth and leave it. It also cares for your teeth and freshens your breath. I thought it was too good to be true, but it's actually brilliant and you can see the difference happening as you look.

Yesterday I had mine lazered and the results are absolutely amazing, I am in UK and it's called BriteSmile, look up your nearest one on web or your dentist may even do it. The prices vary from town to town, where I live it is about £500. But it's money well spent and I am really pleased I had it done. In the past I have wasted a lot of time and money with over-the-counter products that just do not work.

a dentist is the ideal way... As far as over the counter.. I sugest crest white strips but you need to follow through and use them as directed to see results. Brushing isnt going to whiten them some whitening toothpaste may help a little bit. If you go to your dentist they can probably do an in office bleaching which is the best way to go but it can be expensive. They could do bleaching trays those are great because you have them for as long as you take care of them, but like the white strips you need to floow through with it to see results. Call different dentsists see what their pricing is for their in office and bleaching trays..

Use one capful of peroxide a couple times a week. Just hold the liquid in your mouth for up to 5 minutes at a time, trying to spread it as evenly as possible along the front of your teeth. You will see an improvement after the first couple uses. DO NOT swallow the peroxide though, it will nauseate you.

your teeth naturally have a yellow shade to them as this is the colour of ur bone where they were before erupting the only way to get them whiter is to whiten them which i wudnt recomend as it is very abbbresive( it just strips ur enamal- the strongest substance of the body use to protect ur teeth- to ur dentine which is the most sensitive part of ur tooth- but also the whitest) so if u want white teeth u will eventually have hyper- sensitive teeth which isnt pleasent honestly i bet ur teeth are fine and no 1 really notices trust me
