By definition, personality disorders are almost impossible to treat. Suspiciousness is an ingrained part of the personality and there is little one can do about it. However sometimes it is difficult to differentiate PPD from schizophrenia or a delusional disorder so its best to consult a professional. Medications may help in case of psychotic outbursts. Also, people with paranoid personalities are likely to suffer from other Axis I psychiatric disorders such as brief psychotic disorder, schizophrenia and so on. So its best to consult a psychiatrist

You can't really treat Personality Disorders with medication. They are thought of as a learned behavior, a fixed way of viewing the world. They are thought of as essentially permanent conditions, but some people eventually get out of that kind of thinking pattern.
Therapy can help, but someone with Paranoid Personality DIsorder is not likely to trust the therapist. I work in mental health, and I know that you have to be very firm and consistent with people who have Personality Disorders; they are very inflexible people.

If they are also schizophrenic there is no cure, only medications that reduce some of the symptoms. *IF* they are also schizophrenic, than they are dealing with a physiological disorder. We cannot separate the mind from the brain. Some people who are predisposed to developing full blown schizophrenia can be, lets just say, stressed into being worse. Of course that does not mean they will always be, or even have ever been psychotic.

For someone to be so paranoid, in my view means that you are insecure. Did you have a bad up-bringing? if so, you need to deal with your demons otherwise your pananoia will just not go away. Only you can make the first step if this is the case. If not, then you are just paranoid.Just take a step back and do not be too quick to judge.

You should get a proper diagnosis from a professional, like a pscychiatric consultant and they will be able to discuss the best options for you, medically while monitoring your progress. You could try some other things first if you wanted this as a last resort, like counselling or natural therapies.

Meditation is just like a home that make you feel satisfied, calm and happy. Thus the Meditation is only the panacea of mental disorder.
