Comfort Food! I always go OTT with spicey food. I like spicy food, so i decide to have spicey and then its too hot and cant enjoy it!!

It is good if a person eats diet foods because it is good for digestion,he/she would feel good to do work,etc.Though the spicy and adventurous food taste good but they may cause diseases and keep us unhealthy.
