No. The main cause of the depletion of the ozone layer is from pollution and the burning of fossil fuels. An interesting fact is that the US produces more pollution and burns more fossil fuels than any other country

Even though Coal burning,CFC's,mufflers,etc. contribute much to the disintegration of our atmosphere,I must say that cigarettes are not only deadly to a human's life but the atmosphere,and far worse than any other cause.There is a large percentage of Cigarette smokers that are damaging the ozone layer by the day and risking thier lives for the taste of Nicotine.I was an ex-smoker and then quit for the sake of my family and my world.It wasnt easy,but what I did practically changed my life.I do think that cigarette smoking is far worse than factory smoke stacks and mufflers.
