can i connect vocal mic to guitar peocessor for the voice modulation?

can i connect the vocal mic to guitar peocessor for the voice modulation as ive seen there are many voice procesor box but i dont afford to get one though i have a guitar processor...... i think it works in the same concept... ur suggession pls....

yes,but it won't be as good as a specific voice processor
