Im a French National. and Im 25 years old. I would like to go and work in UK, london. What immigration rules do I need to follow if Im
planing to work more than one year in UK. Do I need to have a Job offer first to enter UK?

No - as an EU national you are free to come and go from the UK and can work without problem. You will need to show your employer your passport (for them to copy to comply with UK employment legislation) and if staying for a period (over 3 or 6 months - I forget which) then you should register with the Home Office. You can probbaly find more on the UKs IND website. WWW.IND.HOMEOFFICE.GOV.UK
