YES!!!

I do feel sorry for those who refuse to believe that Jesus was sent to this earth to die for our sins, so that we can enter the kingdom of God.

Did he? Does that mean christians have the right to sin as much as they want to, because they can say it's ok because their jesus died on the cross? It seems that way to me.

And by the way, I didn't ask anyone to die for my sins. I carry the burden of all the things I have done wrong with me. Thats what helps me to build morals, and improves me as a person.

Following your response via e-mail. Do not preach to me. I do not believe in your god or any other. I live my life by a higher set of morals than those claimed by many christians. I do not believe your jesus to be the son of your god. I choose my path, you have chosen yours.

A God who practices what S/he preaches and believes in love will not engage in murder, or promote it ... as in the alleged slaying of Jesus.

A God who is almighty is capable of letting go of grudges and forgiving peoples' alleged sins without any special conditions having to be put into place. How would you feel if your father loved a group of people so much that he allegedly tossed you at them to suffer. Forgiveness should NOT be conditional. Period.

God allegedly makes the rules, so there's no reason He can't lead by example and exercise unconditional forgiveness. Gosh this is so obvious to me lol.

If Jesus is God, he did not die. If he was a divine human, he knew with a certainty that no human could ever match that he would go to Heaven.

So, stop making this out to be some sacrifice. At worst, Jesus had a bad weekend for our sins!

Jesus is the lamb of God foretold by Abraham, Moses, and Isaiah. His name is salvation and he came ot the world to save his people from sin.

Did you know that there's a difference between what you believe and the objective truth?
Did you know that not knowing the difference is a big part of the reason christians are hated, feared and despised?

Jesus did not die nor did he come to wash away your sins.
Read and believe what is said about Jesus fronm the right source instead of reading fickle writings.

The word is "our" not "are". The latter is conjugation of the verb "to be."

On to your question, for me, I'd have to say no. This is a great story for many people but Christianity, like all religions, is not one size fits all. I'm happy that you've found something powerful in Christianity that fits who you are. Just understand it doesn't work in the lives of all people the way it works in yours. :)

Namaste.

Who doesn't? preachers talk about. Tele-evangelists talk about it. People in R&S talk about it often. The church talks about it. What I want to hear is the logical or sensible connection of his dead to our sin. Don't get me wrong. I know why or what his dead is all about and how it is being tied up to our sin. Do you?
