Can someone just email me the exact translation please? I know it's now an insult, and I know it contains bad words but I really need to know what it exactly says.

PLEASE!!

It's broad Eastern Austrian dialect with an English word thrown in and curiously the final insult in Standard German:

Translates to something like this:
Yuck old man you are so stupid you old woman, do you know jow many times you made me that idiotic entry, you crazy woman?? you've conmpletely lost your marbles, old man, yuck, you really annoy me go "have carnal knowledge" [much ruder in the original] of yourself.

I have no idea why the writer keeps switching from the masculine "oida" to the feminine "oide" and back...

It's definitely a version of German. It appears to be somewhat butchered, not unlike the way people abbreviate words and phrases in English in e-mails and SMS...
Among other things: "du bist so dumm" = "you are so stupid"
"fick dich" = "f*ck you".

That's German, and pretty vile German at that. Get a native speaker, I can't translate that accurately, other than 'du bist so dumm' = 'you are so stupid' and at the end 'fick dich' = 'f... you'.

Something tells me you won't be any better off knowing the precise translation.

I think it is probably Bavarian. A dialect of German.
Surely it isn't the standard German or Dutch. and it isn't Polish.
