stand straight, but a weight in one hand and the other hand on your waist, don't lean forward and just tilt your body to one side, so the weight goes down towards your knee. Do that about 20 times on each side. make sure you don't lean forward or else you'll pull a muscle, that will work your love handles.

I knew from my trainer and then from experience that exercising the abdominal muscles won't burn fat around your waist more than any other exercise, it will just make those muscles more powerfull and if you don't lose weight there's a chance your waist measure remains unchanged. The reason this happens is that all muscles burn out not the cholesterol from their vecinity, but the cholesterol from your blood vessels. So you can't control which fat your body chooses to burn out, or, otherwise, where that fat comes from, you can only control **how much** fat your body burns. That's done by choosing the most energy-demanding muscle groups for your exercises. Weight loss is usually obtained by practicing sports that imply large and fast movements. Like jogging, like riding the bike, like swimming or playing football, tennis.

You can also try L-carnitine for a little quicker weight loss. The doctor I asked said it's completely ok (it acts like a catalyser for the consumption of cholesterol during training and nothing more), someone I asked complained of something like stomachache after he used it for a month on an empty stomach (guess that depends on the brand he chose and of course - "the empty stomach"), I used it for three weeks and it was completely ok for me.

Hi !!!

I need to do this myself!!! As a matter of fact I'm starting as soon as i feel better from a very bad cold!!!

Do you know how the ballerinas, hold on to a handrail, and with one arm at a time, they delicately turn to the right or left side with opposite arms???

Well this ballerina practice, is delicate, graceful, doesn't really has to be, strenuous or fast, to exercise those problem areas.

Also holding on to the back of a chair or something steady, with both hands apart one from the other, pointing your toes outside, bend your knees slightly, and try to go down, gracefully, NOT fast, then come back up, also slowly.

Doing this exercises everyday, listening to music watching TV, or with friends, is not only healthy, but is fun it gives the body definition, and it works!!!

Try it, I'm pretty sure you'll like it. If to this exercises, you add taking long walks, daily, and watching your calorie intake , specially carbohydrates, you'll loose weight fast, and in a way that is easy to keep!!!
