i done workout for abs just before and now trying cook boneless chicken but i dont know how should i cook it? with oil or any other way to cook it make sure im getting not fat from it

.....Just don`t fry it!!!!!! Cook in the oven or in a steam cooker, but if you want a healthy food don`t fry it. You can use a vegetable oil, but in little amounts! Also, you can use what ever herbs you want, to increase the taste.

try cooking spray like Pam. I like the olive oil flavor.
You could also roast it in the oven or toaster over, if you have one.
Just don't fry it all up in a bunch of fat. Put a little water in the pan, maybe some citrus juice like diluted lemon or straight orange juice. They'll help it cook and give it great flavor without killing your diet.

try stir frying with some fresh vegies. but instead of oil use a little chicken stock. this will give favour without all the add fat's

wrap in tinfoil and cook on a low heat about 140 in the oven for a couple of hours

the only real way is to boil it.. it sounds and is gross but is the best way to reduce the fat in it.

olive oil is the best....and grilled it with all the seasoning that you preffered...

bake it, put it on an oven tray with nothing else and bake it.
