If you drink about 2 liters a day it should make up for the liquids you've lost throughout the day. I was also told once before by a dance instructer to drink your regular "8 glasses" and then if you drink 32 oz. of soda you should consume an additional 32 oz. of water on top of the 8 glasses to make up for the soda. Good luck with the baby!

there is no set amount ,you get thirsty as your body needs it and you can drink a little more than that .
everything depends .how much do you loose mare you running ,or in the heat ,or are you in the cold and wear a lot of clothes that keep you moist
each person and location can be different
and as far as your body is concerned ,tea ,juices ,coffee are just flavored water
maybe around 3 litres of liquid including drinks and soups

Take your weight, divide by two and you will have the number of ounces you need to drink every day.
For instance, if you weigh 130 lbs divided by 2 = 65 ounces of water your body needs every day. 65 ounces divided by 8 (number of ounces in a cup of water) = 8.125 cups of water
Drinking this amount of water will keep your body properly hydrated.

i've not heard that drinking water can help with trying to conceive? go on www.ivillage.co.uk and they can give you loads of tips to find out when your ovulating dates will be, you won't fail to conceive then. There's only about 4/5 days you can actually get pregnant out of your cycle so by making love for a few days before your ovulation date and after it you'll prob be spot on. Good luck!

8 pints=2 liters
Especially when your doing exercise or usually active.
Water not only hydrates you but increases your metabolism and helps detoxify your system. So drinking plenty of water [and sweating it off too!] is very beneficial to your health.
