Sure, if you own a vehicle but aren't driving. Some seniors without licences do that, and a friend or relative drives them to the store or doctor, or wherever. You don't need a licence to own and insure a car, you just need it if you want to drive.

If you don't have a vehicle, call an independent agency and get a quote for a non-owned auto policy. One can be issued so you can get your license back.
If you do own a vehicle, try Progressive insurance. They will insure you without a license. It is usually better if you add another driver to the policy that does have a valid license. Add your mom or dad. www.progressive.com and you can get a quote online

Yes,even with out a license you can purchase insurance. It is very expensive because of the risk factor. If you are under age than there will be a problem,If you are of legal age and have some problems with your driving privileges, you are required by law in most states to still carry insurance.

Of course you can, in fact it must be insured if parked on any public road. Just don't drive it until you have your license.
My mother-in-law never had a license, but always owned an insured car so her children could drive her.

yes you can get insured without a license. Just make sure you are dealing with a good company. Many will try to charge you extra without cause.

The insurance company will ask for your drivers license number. So get the vehicle in someone else's name that does not live at your residence and then technically anyone driving the car is covered. At least here in Texas, that is.

You can get a broad form license, however, if you don't have a driver's license, why would you want to waste good money? You will not be legal to drive, period.
