I work for a fairly big corporation with the average age being 40+ years old. I'm 23 years so I'm the younger one in the company. There is this cute receptionist at my work and she is 21. Should I go for it? I'm working professional and she is a receptionist so I dont see what can go wrong if it doesnt work out. I dont work with her on projects or even need to interact with her

There could be a problem if it doesn't work out. You don't really know her very well & do not know what she's capable of if she gets mad at you for some reason. Just my opinion, but I would try to become friends with her & get to know her first.

I dated someone in my company on a similiar job level. Near impossible to make it work with higher or lower job class as a mate but there is a relationship at my work which is still successful.
I'm dealing with the stress of dating someone at work. It didn't work out (he cheated on me and tore up my family.) I still try to be professional because I have to see him on and off roaming about the floor a couple of hours a night. Lately he's been catty and there are jokes from other workers about how he dumped me because I was too skinny and a single parent.
There can be a dark side. But it can work too. Make sure you are positive you want to see the person. And watch who you spill it to, because it could get ugly regardless of how it works out.

Ummm have you heard of the term sexual harassment. It can bring down Goliath. Talk things out with her, but never ever cross her. If you date her tell someone in authority. Maybe ask them for advice. The company may have a dating policy too.

I don't see any problems. Everybody else at your company has probably f*cked a secretary a time or two, so have your turn. Why else would the majority of secretaries be so young?

If u decide to date her she wont respect you any more and you will start fighting at work with her . I would advice u to forget about it
